Thank you very much for your feedback.
Tokomame teapots are the most famous in Japanese teapots. However, they do not make much tea cups. Your teacups were made by teapot craftsman. It is very rare items. We can have only two chances for getting Tokomame tea cups in a year. It will be in June. I will try to get some. Please come back!

Hi,

I returned home early due to a snowstorm and as I entered my apartment the buzzer rang from downstairs. My third Teruyuki kyusu (Hidasuki 3) had arrived via Express Mail.

The kyusu arrived quickly, safely, and was packaged very well.

I immediately opened it, rinsed it out, and started brewing some sencha. As with the first two, I was very happy with the great functionality of this Teruyuki. I also like the rustic looks much better than the flowers engraved on most of the Teruyuki's. I'm glad this craftsman has diversified, otherwise I would have missed out on some very well designed and functional teaware.

Thanks for another great selection (I have not seen these Teruyuki's anywhere else). I also appreciate the extras that were included in the order. Very good!

I received the Teruyuki Unryu kyusu yesterday and have used it twice to brew 3 infusions of sencha each time. I am as impressed with this Teruyuki as I was with the last one (Teruyuki yakashime). This artist-craftsman really knows what he's doing.

The Unryu is meticulously and perfectly crafted, is extremely light and thin, and is exceptionally functional. It pours perfectly for all 3 infusions. The perfect pour applies even when brewing deep steamed tea with fine leaf bits that normally clog or slow the pour when using other kyusu with clay (sasame) filters.

Apparently much thought was put into the functional design of this kyusu. Unlike much of the competition, Teruyuki teapots have flawless performance when actually removed from a shelf and used to brew tea. Many others craft a kyusu strictly for the visuals, with brewing functionality just an afterthought. Not so with Teruyuki-san. AAA+++

Packaging was safe and secure. The item arrived in perfect condition.
